Scheduling Appointments
To schedule an appointment, simply give us a call or send us an email. We are happy to assist with scheduling, including emergency visits, and we especially welcome new patients in need of care.
Financial Information
We are here to make your experience as stress-free as possible—including when it comes to finances. Our team is happy to file your insurance claims and help you maximize your benefits. We also offer flexible payment plans for patients undergoing extensive treatment. We accept payment by cash, check, debit cards and all major credit cards. Credit cards will incur a 3% processing fee.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer that time to another patient in need. Please note that if you have one appointment scheduled in a day, a $50 fee will apply for cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice. If you have two appointments scheduled in the same day, the fee will be $75 if they are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed without at least 24 hours’ notice.
